Free Trial refers to a limited period of time that may be free when purchasing a Subscription.

Placing Orders for Goods

By placing an Order for Goods through the Service, You warrant that You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

If You wish to place an Order for Goods available on the Service, You may be asked to supply certain information relevant to Your Order including, without limitation, Your credit or debit card number, the expiration date of Your card, Your billing address, and Your shipping information.

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

Goods availability
Errors in the description or prices for Goods
Errors in Your Order

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

Any Goods you purchase can only be returned in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and Our Returns Policy. Please read our Returns Policy to learn more about your right to cancel Your Order.

You will not have any right to return or cancel an Order for the supply of any of the following Goods:

Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalised.
Digital content made accessible via any media with Your prior express consent and Your acknowledgement of Your loss of return and cancellation rights. Agreement to these Terms when entering a payment plan for digital products constitutes such acknowledgement.

Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies

We are constantly updating Our offerings of Goods on the Service. The Goods available may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and We may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in Our advertising on other websites.

We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Prices Policy

The Company reserves the right to revise its prices at any time prior to accepting an Order.

The prices quoted may be revised by the Company after accepting an Order in the event of any occurrence affecting delivery caused by government action, variation in customs duties, increased shipping charges, higher foreign exchange costs, and any other matter beyond the control of the Company. In that event, You will have the right to cancel Your Order.

Payments

All Goods purchased are subject to a one-time payment. Payment can be made through various payment methods such as Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, or Stripe.

Payment cards are subject to validation checks and authorisation by Your card issuer. If We do not receive the required authorisation, We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of Your Order.

Subscriptions

Subscription period: The Service or some parts of the Service are available only with a paid Subscription, such as Copy College® membership. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) based on Your Subscription plan.

At the end of each period, Your Subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless You cancel it or the Company cancels it.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel Your Subscription renewal by contacting Us and providing 48 hours' notice before the next payment date. No refunds will be provided for fees already paid during Your current Subscription period. You will have access to the Service until the end of that period.

Payment Plans & Cancellations

Payment plans are available on a case-by-case basis for certain services or courses. Once entered into a payment plan agreement, You must pay in full, and cancellations or refunds are not permitted unless otherwise stated in the agreement.

Billing

You are required to provide accurate and complete billing information, including full name, address, postcode, telephone number, and a valid payment method.

Should automatic billing fail, We will issue an electronic invoice for manual payment by a specified deadline.

Fee Changes

The Company reserves the right to modify Subscription fees. Any fee changes will apply at the end of the current Subscription period, with reasonable notice provided to You beforehand.

Refunds

Refunds are not available for paid Subscriptions unless required by law. Refund requests for Subscriptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are at the Company’s sole discretion.

For digital products, no refunds are granted once the product has been accessed. If the product has not been accessed, You are entitled to a 14-day refund, unless otherwise stated by law.

Free Trials

The Company may offer Free Trials at its discretion. If billing information is provided, You will not be charged until the Free Trial period ends. At that time, unless cancelled, the applicable Subscription fees will be charged.

The Company reserves the right to cancel or modify Free Trials without notice.

Promotions

Promotions may be offered with transparent pricing and clear start and end dates. Any rules for Promotions will be separate from these Terms. If any Promotion rules conflict with these Terms, the Promotion rules will apply.

User Accounts

When creating an account with Us, You must provide accurate and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, and Your account may be terminated.

You are responsible for safeguarding Your password and for any activities that occur under Your account. Notify Us immediately of any unauthorised use or breach of security.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including the Feelings Not Features™️ framework, and its original content are the exclusive property of the Company and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, including loss of profits, data, or personal injury.

"As Is" and "As Available" Disclaimer

The Service is provided "As Is" and "As Available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, excluding conflict of law principles.

Disputes Resolution

If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve it informally by contacting the Company.

Changes to These Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. 30 days’ notice will be provided before any material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after those changes constitutes Your agreement to the new terms.
